Should I stay or should I go?

It's not been easy figuring out whether I should stay at my current job or if I should go for the job in London. So I thought this would be a neat way to figure things out. So what do you think... should I listen to the results % stay?

I hope you don't mind my opinon. You have a lovely blog and I just want to comment to say that if I had an opportunity to work in London I would grab it. But that's just me. My job is so hum drum. Say some prayers, follow your heart and the answer will come. Lots of luck.

Sorry, I spelled opinion wrong. It's Friday night an it's late.

Well, there's a couple of ways to look at it.
Opportunities usually only come around once. Twice if we are really really lucky.

Change can be a good thing.

Better? Tough to define, don't ya think?

Read the post recapping the event - know what caught my eye? The part about meeting people......

:-) Just my .02 cents worth my dear. Take it for what it's worth.....

Sit down and write out a Pro and Con list. Read it over. Put it away for a week. look it over again.

Good luck.

Hehe. I got "56% dissatisfaction." :(

Posted by: Ogre at November 18, 2006 01:25 PM

I got 23% dissatisfaction. I was surprised it was so low. I really hate my job... but I really really really love my co workers and my boss and they always give me credit where it is due and positive feedback. So it was accurate.

I think for the London job I would have to look more long term. "What can it do for me long term, my financial security for me and my son, security for retirement". I quit looking at psychic income a long time ago. I'm all about trying to figure out where each step is leading me and will I be happy four steps down the road?

Go for it! I toured Europe for only three months with two friends in 1962 (I know, that’s a long time ago and I was young) and thoroughly enjoyed London.
